Caddy is the result of Ricardo van Eyk’s solo show Pilot at P/////AKT in 2019, which, in the world of woodworking, is known as the technique of drilling a smaller hole to guide the screw through wood without it splitting under the pressure. In this case the drill-bits have been used more destructively; to remove blind rivets from building constructions. What is left of them is twisted around the drill bits, unique and to be cherished like pearls on a necklace.
The edition has been commissioned for the P/////AKT collection in an edition of 15 and 5 AP.
