For its first exhibition in the new year, P/////AKT invited Bas Louter and Folkert Joore to present a large-scale work for resp. the Hall and the Wing. Both artist see drawing as a starting point for spatial installations, although they work very differently. Louter creates spaces to present his drawings in three dimensions, while Joore takes on the given space as a starting point for three-dimensional drawings with different types of building material. However different, in both cases the result is an image that touches on constructivism and thus refers to a modernist tradition as a decor.
