AIM works as a 'classic' artists initiative of the 21ste century. This initiative is managed by artists. The group has been put together containing old-co-workers and exhibitors of former art space KunstRaum Kampen/Berlin. The last years more 'art initiatives' arise by which curators and critics decide where art must go. We think Artists should follow their own guidelines, their own ideas. In that matter artist initiatives are important to stimulate the individual artist's thoughts, in which imagination comes first.
